Semi-Automatic Folder/Gluer Machine:

Can be operated easily by any operator without having  much experience of operating this machine, suitable to transform small batch products, applicable range is very wide, ordinary cartons, heterogeneous shape can be glued, max mechanical speed is 56m/min, efficiency is 4 times higher than manual operation; Adhesive is strong. Tidy no leak adhesive, Light membrane of plastic coated for sticky mouth section can be polished and removed by two-headed burnish implement, improves the glue adhesive, solves the problem of opening the cartons  in some seasons due to poor adhesive quality.

Grinding paper department:

The burnishing wheel has adopted special material for its high hardness and long life and the high-speed burnishing wheel guarantees burnishing paper effect. Efficient cleaner has adsorptive to the paper scraps keeps work environment clean and tidy.

Glue department:

Adopts stainless steel bucket for the supply of glue. Not easy to rust. High Corrosion Resistance. Multiple types of pasting wheels, meets all kinds of production.
